Great Success for the Fifth Edition of Monbricks in Mongrando: Bricks, Creativity, and a LEGO-Themed Fashion Show
The fifth edition of Monbricks, the event dedicated to LEGO bricks and scale modeling, was held with great enthusiasm and participation on June 21st and 22nd at the multi-purpose hall in Mongrando, in the heart of the Biella area.
Organized by the Pro Loco of Mongrando, the event also benefited from the invaluable collaboration of Andrea Brickoso, a key figure in the LEGO community, who oversaw everything related to the brick-themed activities and exhibitions.
The event hosted around thirty exhibitors, including passionate LEGO builders and model makers, who amazed visitors with original displays, highly detailed constructions, dioramas, and scale models. The LEGO workshops were a big hit, especially with children, who got to unleash their creativity through both free play and guided activities.
Outside the venue, a general market added to the festive atmosphere, offering handmade items, collectibles, and curiosities for all ages.
The entire event was marked by a friendly, warm, and creative atmosphere, making Monbricks a wonderful gathering for the whole community. One of the highlights was the LEGO-themed fashion show, where models walked the runway in outfits inspired by the colorful and imaginative world of LEGO, earning applause and admiration from the crowd.
The success of the 2025 edition confirms Monbricks as a well-established annual event in the local calendar, with organizers already looking forward to an even more exciting edition in the future.
Over the course of the weekend, Monbricks once again demonstrated how play, creativity, and community spirit can come together in an event that speaks to all generations. Families, enthusiasts, curious visitors, and LEGO fans of all ages found something to be amazed by — from the most intricate technical builds to the most imaginative and colorful creations.
Themed displays were particularly appreciated, ranging from highly detailed cityscapes to fantasy worlds, vehicles, movie scenes, and famous landmarks — all built with thousands of bricks. The care and precision shown by the builders left the audience in awe, with many visitors returning multiple times to take in all the details.
One of the strongest aspects of the event was its inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, where children and young people had the chance to build side by side with expert AFOLs (Adult Fans of LEGO), learning new techniques and giving free rein to their creativity.
The Saturday evening fashion show was a true celebration of originality and fun: the female models walked the runway in outfits inspired by the world of LEGO, featuring brick-like textures, bright colors, and creative accessories. The audience responded with smiles, applause, and a flurry of photographs — the perfect ending to a day filled with imagination.
Monbricks continues to grow, both in quality and participation, establishing itself not only as an event but as a genuine celebration of shared passion and local identity. The organizers — from the tireless Pro Loco of Mongrando to the LEGO coordination led by Andrea Brickoso — have already hinted at new ideas and surprises for the next edition.
The bricks are already clicking into place for Monbricks 2026.
In the meantime, enjoy the photo gallery — a journey through the colors, creativity, and magical moments that made this edition unforgettable.
And don’t forget to stay brick-ready for the next adventure!
